SJSU employees can access the photography library through their SJSU log-in credentials. No registration required.
Approved vendors, freelancer and contractors must fill out a contact form to gain access. Please make sure to indicate your point of contact at San Jose State University, provide some details to the project you are working on and specify the images you are looking for.

If you are not able to find specific photography, SJSU's Media Production has a list of photography services available. You can fill out a photography service request form to request specific photography. Keep in mind if your photography needs are time sensitive and if you have funding, we encourage you to work with a freelancer, student photographer or videographer. We would be happy to provide recommendations.
If you are interested in becoming a contributor to add more images to the Photography Library, please fill out a contact form . Make sure to indicate which unit or department you are with.

Photos are not to be used by any company or organization outside of SJSU without first obtaining permission from University Marketing and Communications.
If you are contacted by an outside organization for photos or you wish to obtain permission to send photos to an organization outside of SJSU, please contact University Marketing and Communications at [email protected].
External media outlets, businesses and others may request permission to use photos. Once approved, photos should include proper credit ("Photographer's name/San José State University").
