As part of the Multi-University Collaboration – a systemwide initiative to modernize and streamline processes across all CSU campuses – we are preparing to launch CSUBUY Procure-to-Pay (P2P) in January 2026. To support this transition, we are now beginning supplier onboarding. In the coming weeks, many of our current suppliers will receive system-generated invitations to register and manage their profiles. Currently, each campus manages its own supplier list. With CSUBUY P2P, we’ll be using a centralized supplier database.

Please reassure suppliers that invitations from the above addresses are legitimate.
