Dear Campus Community,

We are excited to share that we are just two months away from the official go-live of CSUBUY Procure-to-Pay (P2P) on January 26, 2026! This marks a major milestone in modernizing our campus procurement and payment processes.

Over the past several months, we’ve made significant progress toward launch:
  • Supplier Engagement: Our suppliers have been invited and are actively registering in the new CSUBUY system.
  • Campus Demonstrations: We completed a series of P2P demonstrations showcasing key features and functionality. If you were unable to attend, recordings are available on our CSUBUY P2P website for your convenience.
  • System Enhancements: We are finalizing our migration to the new DOA 360 module, which will enable automated financial approval routing – streamlining the entire purchasing workflow.
  • User Acceptance Testing: We’re pleased to share that all User Acceptance Testing (UAT) has been successfully completed. Our campus-specific configurations were thoroughly tested and approved, ensuring a smooth transition to the new platform.

Training Opportunities
You should have already received calendar invites for our January virtual training series, which will provide an overview of the new system and purchasing process. Once CSUBUY P2P is live, we’ll launch a four-week progressive, hands-on training series to support users as we transition together. Please reach out to me if you have not received these invitations.

We are incredibly proud of the collaboration and hard work that has brought us to this point. Thank you to everyone who has contributed to this important project. Together, we are building a more efficient, transparent, and connected procurement process for our campus community.
Stay tuned for additional updates as we count down to our go-live date – January 26, 2026!

My best,

Sara Bonakdar
Associate Vice President for Strategic Business Services
